Led by Andrea Krieger, network chair and executive director of the Pensacola State College Foundation, the work of the network represents a fresh approach to improving student success in higher education and connecting graduates to rewarding careers and fulfilling lives.

The network works to ensure all students have the tools and resources they need to compete successfully in the 21st century workforce.

We engage in several key activities, using the power of collective impact to:

  • Connect students to meaningful work experience throughout their education and provide improved data on the value of local training and education programs to help students make better decisions about their career paths.
  • Engage employers to play a more central role in the education process to promote better alignment between graduates’ skills and employers’ needs for talent.
  • Shine a light on innovative initiatives, education and training programs, and strengthen partnerships to enhance college completion and career preparation.
  • Reach at-risk youth and young adults who are out of school and not working to ensure that they, too, have the opportunity to earn a postsecondary credential and pursue a rewarding career.
